The guides, Mr Hung in Hanoi, Mr Quyên from Hue, Mr Cao Chung, from Da Nang, Mr. Khoa in Hoi Cha Minh. All guides were punctual and very knowledgeable of their areas.
Our hotels were comfortable and of a good standard.
Mr Minh kept in constant contact making sure that our tour was going well.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any person wishing to tour Vietnam.

Wonderful experience  - From the moment I first made contact with Minh, he couldn’t have been more helpful in booking our Shompoo cruise, keeping in regular contact, not only regarding trip details but... read more also in how the rest of our holiday was going. On day 1 we were picked up at our Chiang Mai hotel in a private car by a delightful driver and guide (Miss Boo!), taking a leisurely drive to Chiang Khong, stopping at the hot springs, a coffee shop and Chiang Rai for the White Temple and a tasty buffet lunch. Our hotel in Chiang Khong was in a lovely riverside location with pool, onsen and a good restaurant, although the room itself did not quite match up to these standards, being rather dated. However, Minh has taken note of this and, in fairness, the sight of the sun rising over the Mekong more than made up for this. Crossing the border was as smooth as these things can be and certainly every effort was made by the hotel, guides and drivers to make it a painless experience. The cruise itself was perfect on a comfortable boat with just the right balance of watching the world go and on-shore excursions. The guide and boat staff were excellent and the quality of the food first class. Our hotel in Pakbeng (Le Grand Pakbeng) was one of the best I have ever stayed in (although those with mobility issues might want to be aware that there are a lot of steps!) But we had 3 spectacular days and I can’t praise Minh and Vietlong Travel highly enough, nor would I hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
